Step 1 is Fly to England. (Dur!) A good base would be Cheltenham. You can get there by train from London if you are not hiring a car. Bed and Breakfast is fairly cheap accommodation but self-catering would be less expensive. If you stay in B&B's there is often a full English Breakfast included which means you don't need a big lunch, so you might just buy bread & cheese etc at a supermarket and have a picnic. Bus tours of the region which start from places like Cheltenham are a good way to see the sights. Walking down winding country lanes in the Cotswolds is fun too and there are good ones to download on http://www.cotswoldsaonb.org.uk/?page=walks-to-download Best idea these days is to research online. Hope this helps.
Hi, I just want to get some information about cotswold on how to get there if I came from Australia (the cheapest way). We are currently in Australia after we succeeded in obtaining australia immigration approval. but we want to visit cotswold as this is my hobby when I have freetime, which is going from place to place and find some interesting spots to visit. let me know your thoughts about it.
