Hi Try Cotswold View Caravan & Camping (Banbury Hill Farm). We've been going there for about 12yrs in a group. It's a really nice site, plenty of space, farm animals for the kids, tennis court etc. They also do B&B at the farm for anyone that doesn't want to brave the elements! It's situated near the village of Charlbury - a bit of a walk down the hill to the pub.
I have just stumbled across this site whilst looking into the possibility of planning a camping trip to the Cotswolds in early July. I would like to know if anyone has any recommendations about camping in groups and where would be suitable? Its looking like there will be 10 of us at the moment and ideally we'd like somewhere that allows fires, has toilet facilities, and is not too far from a town or village that would have a pub or two. South cotswolds would be our preference but we would consider anywhere.
We are a group of friends and most of us are married and in our late 20's, but alot of campsites seem to exclude groups I suppose for the obvious reason that they don't not want to put off other campers etc. Just hope there is somewhere that is suitable.
